Martina Šímová

After completion of her master degree of Molecular Biology and Genetics on the Faculty of Science on Charles University in Prague (1993), Martina Simova started her career in pharmaceutical sector. In 2001, she began to work in the Regulatory Affairs Department dealing with registrations of medicinal products and food supplements in many countries mainly outside Europe. Since then, she has also been involved in work of the Czech Association of Special Foods (CASP). From 2007 until now holding the position of CASP Chairwoman.

The last 15 years, she is working in different positions in the Czech company Walmark, a.s. (one of the leading EU food supplements manufacturers), part of the Stada group, currently on position of the Regulatory Affairs Director.

Since 2004, she is also involved in work of the European food supplements associations. Currently serving her second term as the Food Supplements Europe Chairwoman.
