Lee has over 10 years’ experience with developing Food and Food Supplement products for European marketplaces and specializes in developing Regulatory Compliance technology. Lee was previously the Technical Manager for the UK retailer Tesco’s Health and Wellness category, the Food Safety Manager for Amazon’s EU Nutrition category, and the Category Manager for the same product area.
