Jane is a food inspector at the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. She has more than 7 years of experience in EU food regulation from both an authority and business perspective. She has specialized knowledge in novel foods, chemical substances, and nutrition and health claims. In addition to her interest in food compliance, she is also pursuing a master’s degree in food sustainability and food safety, aiming to contribute to the safety of more sustainable food production.
